OUR SERVICES

Let’s find the service that’s right for you

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multi-colored image or design.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabrics or other materials with stitches. Machine embroidery is an embroidery process that uses sewing machines or embroidery machines to make patterns or textiles. Embroidery can help you create a professional look. Even so, it does not change the fact that embroidery can look beautiful and elegant with the right design. And it looks really good on corporate uniform, polo shirt, shirt, caps, sweatshirts, jackets and bags.

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation Printing is a computer printing technique which uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. Sublimation printing is a process in which the ink is sublimated into the fabric at high temperature. The images and graphics are printed on special paper placed on the garment and heat is applied, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric. What you get is a completely comprehensive printed garment with design ink in the fabric (more breathable, soft-hand feel to the fabric). The best part is that unlike Heat Transfer printing, the numbers, letters and graphics will not peel, wear off, or fall off during washing process.

Direct to Garment Printing

Direct to Garment Printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. Advancement of technology has paved a way for a much better garment printing. DTG is one of the most advanced and popular printing types nowadays.
The process is whereby the image is directly printed on the garment (100% Cotton) through heads containing ink jets move back and forth over the print substrate spraying CMYK to recreate the digital image. DTG printers have additional white jets to create an under base, then print the color image.

Heat Transfer Printing

Heat Transfer Printing is a process of transferring the images onto the material under machine that presses a design onto a material. The machine uses high temperature and pressure to permanently embed the design in the material. In Heat Transfer Printing, a plastisol-based ink is used to reversely print a design on a special release paper. This is a popular yet most simple technique for printing is Heat Transfer. The printing process usually takes 5 minutes or less to complete the printing. In addition, it is suitable for almost all fabrics, including polyester and cotton.

Hot Stamping Foil

Hot Stamping Foil is a printing method of relief printing in which pre-dried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures. The process that applies thermal bonding technique to transfer permanent adhesion of foil to target surface, such as security paper, cardboard, PET, PVC and leather. Furthermore, holographic hot stamping foil with customized logo patter design can meet anti-counterfeiting requirement, which is usually used on tickets, documents, certificates, pharmaceutical box, and so on.
